This weeks 5 conversation starters is all about complimenting our customers!! Lets make our customers feel good! This will also help build that relationship and get a few more return customers.

Key: Make sure your compliments are personalized to the customer in store – always be honest with your compliments.

1: “I love your outfit! Where did you get that top from?”
2: “ Your lipstick is such an awesome color! What brand is it?”
3: “I have been trying to find your shoes online! Where did you get them from?”
4: “Wow your sunglasses are cool, I have wanted to purchase that pair for a while now. When/where did you get yours from?”
5: Jewelry, rings, watches, necklaces…. Talk about them, compliment them. “That’s in such good condition how long have you had it for?”
