There was some great customer service from out new team member Kiahani in Bayfair!

“To whom it may concern.

I want to let management know I had a great encounter with one of your staff members.

I need replacement lenses and was hoping because I purchased the DUKE sunglasses at the Bayfair store, that your compmay may have the lenses in stock but the staff member was unable to locate them on the system, she took down my number and said she would get back to me. That same afternoon I got a phone call saying the style was no longer continued, but offered instead to maby see other styles on offer.

I really want management to know how thoughtful this young lady was an how this encounter had brightend my day.

She was on shift between 2pm and 3pm on Thursday the 6th of April. I can’t member her name it is a beautiful maori name.
