Customer service is so crucial! Two ladies came into the store and explained they needed 30 pairs of Rayban’s to Michaela. Her warm, friendly and helpful customer service landed her this sale!

She explained the best deal we can do for them! ( buy one and get the second pair at 40% off)

She also explained roughly how long it will take to arrive and that we can make the process easy and stress free.

They said they wanted to see if Sunglass Hut could do a better deal. Because the service given on their end was nowhere near the level of our store and they knew the purchase from SH would be a hassle, they returned to us and said we want to go with you guys!
