Most fashion houses and manufacturers will not supply cases without frames for counterfeit reasons.

This means for many brands we only ever receive the exact amount of cases for our stock, and cannot supply extras if cases break. This also means customers cannot purchase these cases either. Some brands we can replace cases for – please check the below lists for each.

Cases are not covered by the manufacturers frame warranty, however if a customer’s case does break we want to resolve the best way we can.

• If a customer’s glass has been purchased within 12 months we can offer a SS branded case free of charge (this must be processed through the POS at $0.00 under the customer’s account)
