Fantastic weekend out there from all stores, Sunglass Style we are on fire!! Well done!!

How are our conversation starters going? I am excited to read them on our mystery shop reports for March! The best story I have heard so far was from Albany where a customer walked in with a tank juice and our team member Joe puts his hand out and says “is that for me?” this got the conversation flowing, great work Joe!!

Remember we have two mystery shoppers this month! Here is another five conversation starters to keep you going!

1: “I’m (your first name) most people reciprocate an exchange of information. Give then your name, they’ll give you theirs which will help throughout the sale how is your day going today?”

2: “Where are you from?” This is the best if you think the person is traveling. Once someone has started talking about travels your conversation will blossom from there.

3: “We currently have an amazing Ray ban sale let me show you” Open up the cabinets get your customers to try product on. This will get your conversation started. “what brings you out today?” “this is my favorite pair, what do you think?” “oh you work in the mall, what shop do you work in?”

4: “What pair of Sunnies are you looking for?” If they close this conversation starter down by saying “just looking” reply with “awesome just so you know we have just received some amazing new stock” then show them what brands, talk features and benefits.

5:When a customer walks in with a lot of shopping bags talk about it. “You’ve done a lot of shopping today, what have you been shopping for?”
