The luxury purchase should have a luxury experience attached. That doesn’t mean being stuffy or pretentious; it means providing attentive, knowledgeable and truly helpful service. For many of our customers this might be their first luxury purchase, let’s make sure they feel the feels!
Be attentive
- open cabinets before the customer even has a chance to ask
- anticipate styles they’d suit or like to try and place them in the customers hands
- let the customer hold on to the product, the more they hold/feel/see the detail the more they’ll appreciate all the features
Be the expert (that we know you are!)
- “that Dior is from the Signature collection, the metal detail is all applied and finished by hand, the artistry is amazing!”
- “that distinctive Double G Gucci logo was inspired by a belt buckle from a 1970’s Gucci collection, it’s amazing how those iconic symbols transcend time”
- “it’s the ultra-flat frame base curve of the Isabel Marant that make them look so cool, I love that chic French styling”

Be decisive
- let them know what looks best and why, our customers need your help!
- “That is the one! The rounded edge is so flattering and the warmer Havana really works for you”
- “Oh wow, the black is great, it’s just a little bit edgier that the other one, you look so cool”
- “The Tom Ford stands out for me, the fit is great, it looks fantastic, and it has the polarised lens you were after”
