We (at Onehunga) have had a very busy day full of stock and plenty of customers, trying to juggle all of our stock while also remembering to stop drop and serve can sometimes prove to be quite a challenge – especially when it gets busy in our little store! However today Simran, has proven that with consistent patience and a bubbly customer service we can achieve great things!
Simran served a young couple, who were looking for some new sunglasses for themselves, Simran first showed them what was new in store and asked what type of brands they were into. They asked her many questions about what styles were popular, Simran showed them numerous different styles and stayed very patient with them as they chose and changed their mind quite a few times. Her great customer service skills and patience, ended with the happy customers walking out with:

- Bvlgari – $179
- Coach – $129
- Burberry – $179
- Versace – $199
- And Hugo Boss – $199
= $1034 worth of sunglasses!!
Such an amazing sale, especially for the outlet!! And super proud of Sim for staying focused and keeping a constant service with these customers. Great ending to our FRIYAY!!
