We have had a few questions about exchanges and returns – so here is the deal. This as fair as we can make it 🙂
Any Swag Brands returned during the promotion that were purchased before the start of the promo will NOT be deducted from your Total. If this happens and it is swapped for another swag brand you will get the difference paid.
Any returns that were purchased during the promotion will be deducted from the person who originally sold the product. If it’s exchanged for another Swag brand the person processing the exchange will get that sale.
Sold under the wrong log in – we can adjust accordingly.
Keeping Track – We will send you an excel sheet to help you keep track of these – Instructions will be included.
