“Albany’s greatness stories demonstrate the benefits of making a meaningful connection with your customer but we love Jessie’s in particular because she was able to turn a dismissive customer into a happy one! Jessie clearly gained the trust of her customer and left such a great impression that he came back to have another chat and share how he was enjoying his glasses.
The connection and trust that we gain from our customers is super important to us at Queen St and it’s what creates returning customers! That is truly what greatness is to us”.

“Tessa from Riccarton’s story is the best – it really shows going above and beyond for the customer she served”.

“Sokly from team Palmy had the greatest story of greatness. Representing our company on her lunch break in another store and offering great assistance without having to at all is just so incredible to hear.
There were many great stories to choose from and just one other story I’d like to mention is Lily’s from TX, although it wasn’t with our company the level of service she offered must’ve been so high to result in the customers coming back in store to offer her a handmade bag as a gesture of her great service which we as a team were super impressed by”.

Anyone else would have turned to the customer and said “sorry, I don’t work here”, but Sokly offered to help knowing she wouldn’t get any benefit to this sale personally. She was helping this lady because she’s a GREAT person, and she genuinely likes helping people – she doesn’t just help them because she’s obligated. Imagine what lengths she goes to for her actual customers at Sunglass Style! How lucky we are to have someone like that in the company 😊”.
